On December 1st, 2018, Mexico had a federal government administration change. As a consequence, all those projects that are in the pre-investment stage are subject to the confirmation of the new authorities.

Set of buildings intended for preventive and corrective maintenance, motor vehicles and equipment repairs. Consists of 9 buildings as follows:
• Air-side maintenance building (1) in an area of approx. 4,195 m2;
• Vehicle maintenance building (2 buildings with 1 shed) in an area of approx. 4,536 m2;
• General maintenance building (2 buildings) in an area of approx. 6,296 m2;
• Air-side administrative building (1) in an area of approx. 4,200 m2;
• Waste plant (1) in an area of approximately 4,346 m2;
• Gardening Center (1 building with 1 shed) in an area of approx. 1,271 m2

This project is part of the Mexico New International Airport (NAIM) Macro Project.
