The project primarily consists of the following works:
- 1 distribution electrical substation, Pakal - Na Bco. 1, with a voltage of 115 kV, with a total capacity of 9,375 MVA, 0.6 MVAr, 1 high-voltage feeder and 3 medium-voltage feeders, including 0.450 km of 13.8 kV trunk lines.
- 1 overhead high-voltage line, Pakal - Na Entronque Los Rios Potencia - Palenquee, with a length of 6,416 km-C, located in the state of Chiapas.

The scope of the works includes the supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation, development of the engineering associated with the concepts of electromechanical and civil design, execution of electromechanical and civil works, performance of commissioning tests and participation in the commissioning of each of the works that comprise it, as well as the preparation, analysis and evaluation of the required studies (soil mechanics study and topographic surveys for high and medium voltage works) and training in the operation and maintenance of the equipment.

- The minimum national labor content required for the execution of the works is 90%, and at least 40% in construction and installation.
- Turnkey lump-sum contract.
- The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) will not provide any advance payment.
- The maximum contract price CFE considers for awarding the contract is $3,861,705.39 USD.
