The project consists of the use, exploitation and exploitation of the property where the Multimodal Transfer Center CETRAM Observatory is located, in particular:
• The design, construction, conservation and maintenance of the Modal Transfer Area
• The design, construction, operation, exploitation, conservation and maintenance of the Commercial and Services Area
• The design, construction, operation, conservation and maintenance of the Socio-Cultural Area
• The design and implementation of works, works and/or activities in the Area of Integration with the Environment.

It contemplates the establishment, improvement and appropriate use of pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas, cyclists and people with different abilities, including the reorganization of the CETRAM Observatory.
