Comprehensive project for the construction of a 14-bed second-level care hospital in the municipality of Ures, State of Sonora.
According to the bidding terms and conditions, the comprehensive project includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Infrastructure and services studies: Topographic, soil mechanics, geophysical, pavement, hydrological, permeability, zero rainfall impact, traffic, urban, and environmental.Executive project: Conceptual preliminary design and detailed design for architecture, engineering (civil, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, telecommunications), medical gases, equipment, accessibility, and civil protection.
- New construction work: Total execution of civil works, building, and facilities on a property with no prior construction.
- Specialized systems: Installation and testing of a wastewater treatment plant, solar water preheating, and vertical transportation.
- Quality control: Implementation of a quality plan and laboratory tests certified by EMA in soils, concrete, steel, welding, and systems.
- Commissioning: Supply of permanent installation equipment, compliance with SCT regulations, catalog of concepts, calculation sheets, and as-built drawings.
- Warranties: Delivery of a bond for hidden defects and flaws before the formal acceptance of the work.
