The project consists of carrying out all the necessary works for the replacement of equipment in four substations: Salamanca Sur 115 kV Substation, Salamanca PV 230 kV and 115 kV Substation, Salamanca Dos 115 kV Substation, and Salamanca Cogeneration 230 kV Substation; as well as the construction of a 115 kV transmission line with a total length of 5.42 km (line and circuit).

The main characteristics of each of the works are summarized below:
1. Salamanca - 73120 - Salamanca Sur Transmission Line
Construction of a hybrid transmission line (overhead and underground), starting at the pedestal-type structures of the Salamanca Electrical Substation and ending at the Salamanca Sur Electrical Substation; 1. 115 kV, 60 Hz line, with a total of 5.42 km of line and of circuit.

2. Salamanca South Electrical Substation
Replacement of primary equipment for two 115 kV feeders, consisting of six current transformers.

3. Salamanca PV Electrical Substation
Replacement of primary equipment at 115 kV, consisting of eight sets of disconnect switches, six current transformers, two surge traps, and the replacement of one dead-tank circuit breaker with one live-tank breaker; and replacement of primary equipment at 230 kV, consisting of 22 sets of disconnect switches, 69 current transformers, and nine surge traps.

4. Salamanca Two Electrical Substation
Replacement of 115 kV primary equipment consisting of 3 sets of disconnect switches, 3 current transformers, and 1 power circuit breaker.

5. Salamanca Cogeneration Electrical Substation
Replacement of a 230 kV SF6 gas-insulated substation with a breaker-and-a-half configuration; replacement of 230 kV primary equipment consisting of 4 sets of disconnect switches and 7 surge arresters; and supply and installation of XLPE power cable for the generation output connection to the GIS substation and from the GIS substation output to overhead terminals.

CFE will provide an advance payment of 30% of the total contract amount.

National content requirements for bidders in the execution of the work:
- At least 34% of the work must be of national origin.
- At least 90% in labor.
