Scope of Work:
• Development of the preliminary design and detailed engineering design for the new facility, including: 1) Medical services: outpatient care, diagnostic support, treatment support, hospitalization; 2) Administrative services: management, coordination, and training; 3) Support services: supply, general services, maintenance, transportation, lobby areas, vertical transportation; 4) External works; 5) Helipad; and 6) Ancillary works: protection of adjacent properties during demolition of existing foundations and deep excavations, as well as foundations for the new construction.

• Execution of civil works and electromechanical installations for the construction of the 90-bed General Hospital.
