The project consists of the construction of infrastructure for the facilities of the Third Naval Region (Porfirian Warehouses) located within ASIPONA Veracruz.
The project's scope of work includes:
- Preliminary and control work, such as site surveying and leveling.
- Dismantling of existing electrical and roofing installations, demolition and removal of concrete structures, and removal of fixtures.
- Demolition of asphalt pavement, reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete elements, red brick walls, and flooring and tile.
- Soil improvement.
- Structural work (supply, fabrication, preparation, and assembly).
- Metalwork (supply, fabrication, preparation, and assembly).
- Masonry.
- Installations (plumbing, water supply, cold water, hot water, electrical, fire protection, gas, air conditioning).
- Finishes (painting, ceilings, ceramic tile).
- Furniture and fixtures.
