DESCRIPTION

Description of the works:
Development of the preliminary project and executive project for the expansion and remodeling of the 1) medical services: outpatient consultation, diagnostic assistants, treatment assistants, hospitalization; 2) administrative services: government, relations and teaching; 3) Support services: supply, general services, conservation, transportation, lobbies area, vertical transportation; 4) exterior works, 5) heliport and 6) support works: interconnection passage, from the hospital clinic to scale it to a 90-bed general hospital.

Civil works and electromechanical installations for the first stage of construction of the expansion of medical services, support services, hospitalization of 70 beds, remodeling of hospitalization of 20 beds and exterior works, of the hospital clinic to scale it to a general hospital of 90 beds.

The services that make up the first stage for the execution of the work are the following: medical services: diagnostic assistants: imaging, clinical analysis laboratory, endoscopies; treatment assistants: emergency, obstetrics, tocosurgery, surgery, peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, inhalation therapy, pain clinic, chemotherapy, outpatient surgery; hospitalization: adult end care, pediatric end care; Support services: supply: equipment and sterilization center (c.e.ye.), kitchen, dining room, laundry; general services, vertical transportation: elevators, stairs; lobbies; exterior work: powerhouse, perimeter fence, cisterns, air conditioning rooms, interconnection crossings, access plaza, ascent and descent bays, maneuvering yard, exterior decks, ambulance gantry, garrisons and sidewalks and demolition of existing body (ISSSTE store).
