Stage 1 of the Integral Project consists of a transport system running from Villas del Pedregal to the Lázaro Cárdenas Monument, featuring 55 stations and 74 units in Morelia, Michoacán, benefiting over 80,000 users per day. The project is divided into sections. The identified tenders and general scopes are as follows:

General Scope of the Sections (including but not limited to):
a) Development of the Comprehensive Executive Project: including preliminary design, specialized studies and engineering, geometric road design, technical reports, and 3D modeling.
b) Integration of the Bill of Quantities and Budget: including lump-sum pricing and the detailed budget for each section.
c) Execution of Physical Infrastructure for Corridor Implementation: including stations, dedicated lanes (busways), overpasses, urban infrastructure crossings, traffic signaling with right-of-way priority, and induced works (utility relocations).
