DESCRIPTION

Integral project for the construction of the new 72-bed General Zone Hospital in Manzanillo, Colima.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference, the integral project includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Service Infrastructure Studies: Topographic and subsoil studies, service investigation report, hydrological study, physical-chemical analysis of potable water, and soil permeability.
- Executive Project: Architectural and engineering activities and sub-activities such as: furniture, equipment, institutional signage, landscaping/ambiance, corporate identity, accessibility and civil protection, civil engineering, electrical engineering, Air Conditioning, telecommunications, hydraulic and sanitary engineering, and medical gases, including solar energy water preheating systems, among others.
- Civil Works and Installations Construction.
- Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of permanent equipment and systems, including all peripheral equipment, accessories, and systems indicated in the terms of reference.
- Furniture: Design, manufacturing, and installation of built-in and custom-designed furniture.
- Signage, Ambiance, Institutional Image, and Civil Protection: Design, supply, and installation of elements.
- Safekeeping, Storage, Movement, and Installation of medical equipment and construction-related equipment.
- Training of institutional personnel designated by IMSS for the management and operation of permanent equipment and systems.
- Hospital Commissioning.
- Delivery of Warranties, Instructions, and Operation and Maintenance Manuals for systems and equipment, "As-Built" drawings corresponding to the construction of the works, and quality and performance warranty certificates for the assets.
- Maintenance of Permanent Equipment: Delivery of maintenance policies for at least 2 years starting from their commissioning.
