DESCRIPTION
Preliminary design, executive project, and civil engineering and electromechanical installation works for the construction of a 30-bed Hospital Clinic, outdoor parking, and exterior works, located in Cherán, State of Michoacán. The contract for these works will be based on a mixed-payment scheme.

Bidding Guidelines for the Execution of Works (Mixed-Mode):
-Unit Price: "Development of the Executive Project." The scope of services includes: Preliminary studies and works, preliminary architectural design, architectural project, structural project, electromechanical installation project, and complementary services and studies, among others.
-Lump Sum: "Civil engineering works and electromechanical installations of the construction."
