DESCRIPTION
The project consists of the construction of the 260-bed Regional General Hospital in Morelia, Michoacán, under the integral project modality, which comprises two distinct scopes:

Scope I: Development of the Executive Project (Unit Prices) In accordance with the bill of quantities, this includes the performance of service infrastructure studies, as well as the delivery and preparation of the following projects: architectural design and complementary documentation; equipment, mechanical guides, and civil protection; civil engineering; electrical engineering; and hydraulic engineering, among others.

Scope II: Hospital Construction Works (Lump Sum) In accordance with the schedule of activities, this includes civil works, hydraulic and sanitary installations, and electrical installations, among others.

To cover the contract expenditures, resources are available for the 2026 fiscal year, in accordance with the Investment Release Letter issued by the Finance Department, pursuant to the agreement issued by the Honorable Technical Council of the IMSS. Furthermore, there is an agreement in place by which the Council authorized the multi-year funding.
