Unit-price construction contract with price-based evaluation for the construction of a 15.5-kilometer high-voltage transmission line, Traconis Junction Km 20 - Macuspana Dos. The project includes civil and electromechanical works, as well as the supply of all materials required to interconnect the Traconis power substation to the 115 kV electrical system of the Villahermosa Transmission Zone.

Proposals must comply with the following domestic content requirements:
- 100% domestic labor.
- At least 99% domestic content in materials and permanent installation equipment used in the execution of the works.

CFE will grant an advance payment equivalent to 30% of the budgeted amount.
