DESCRIPTION

Lump-sum works contract with price-based evaluation to carry out the following works:
- Project P19-NO1 Viñedos MVAr, in Sonora, consisting of an electrical substation with a total capacity of 22.5 MVAr.
- Project P21-CB2 Capacitive Compensation in the Tecate Area, consisting of an electrical substation with a total capacity of 30 MVAr.
- Project P22-BC2 Capacitive Compensation in the 115 kV Power Grid of the Tijuana Area, consisting of three electrical substations: La Joya MVAr, Panamericana Residential Area Substation (SE Panamericana Fraccionamiento) MVAr, and Popotla Substation (SE Popotla) MVAr, with a combined total capacity of 52.5 MVAr.

The project scope includes the supply of permanent installation equipment and materials; development of engineering related to electromechanical and civil design concepts; execution of electromechanical and civil works; performance of pre-operational testing; preparation, analysis, and evaluation of the required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, underground utilities inventory, and apparent soil electrical resistivity); and the delivery of training and capacity-building programs.

National content requirements:
- At least 90% labor of national origin.
- At least 84.48% in materials and permanent installation equipment.

CFE will grant an advance payment equivalent to 30% of the total contract amount.
