Fixed-price construction contract and price evaluation for the project, which consists primarily of:
- Construction of the Guadalajara Industrial Banco 2+Ampl. electrical substation (300 MVA-230/69 kV-0/4 A)
- Construction of the Santa Cruz Ampliación electrical substation (2A-69 kV)
- including upgrades to 7 adjacent substations, construction of 7 69 kV transmission lines, and recalibration of 2 transmission lines with high-temperature cable.

The scope of the project includes: supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation, development of engineering related to electromechanical and civil design concepts, execution of electromechanical and civil works, performance of pre-operational tests, as well as the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of required studies (geotechnical, topographic surveys, and resistivity) and the delivery of training programs.

National content of the project:
- At least 90% labor.

- At least 39.95% materials and permanently installed equipment.

CFE will provide an advance payment in each fiscal year in which the work will be carried out, equivalent to 30% of the amount scheduled for execution in each fiscal year.
