Lump-sum construction contract for the execution of the project, consisting of site and route selection, community outreach, surveying, environmental, social, and archaeological studies, compensation management, pre-construction permits, engineering, bidding and contracting, construction supervision and commissioning, and the necessary work to carry out the following projects:
- Jalapa de Díaz electrical substation expansion.
- Oaxaca power substation expansion.
- La Ciénega MVAr electrical substation expansion.
- Jalapa de Díaz - Oaxaca power transmission line (laying of the second circuit).

Project's national content:
- At least 90% Mexican labor.
- At least 44.07% in materials and permanent installation equipment.

CFE will provide an advance payment in each fiscal year in which the work is carried out, equivalent to 30% of the amount scheduled for execution in that year.
