Lump-sum turnkey contract; project consisting mainly of:
- Works required for the construction and installation of a substation with a voltage level of 230 kV, with a total transformation capacity of 100 MVA, and 2 feeders, “SE Los Ríos Bco. 2 Expansion.”
-One transmission line project with a voltage level of 230 kV and a total length of 0.20 km-line and 0.30 km-circuit, “LT Los Ríos entq. Macuspana Dos – Santa Lucía.”

The project scope includes: supply of equipment and permanent installation materials; development of engineering related to electromechanical and civil design; execution of electromechanical and civil works; performance of pre-operational tests; as well as the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of the required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, underground installation census, and apparent soil electrical resistivity), in addition to training and capacity-building programs.

National content of the project:
-At least 90% of the labor must be of national origin.
-At least 35% of the total project value.

The CFE will not provide any advance payment nor issue any payments during the project execution period.
