The Comprehensive Project at a fixed price and determined time (or Lump-sum, time-bound Comprehensive Project), for the construction of Line 4 Tlalpan-Coyoacán of the Cablebús Public Transport System of Mexico City includes, but is not limited to:

-Studies and analysis
-Assist with the right-of-way acquisition/clearance process
-Executive project (Detailed design)
-Civil works construction
-Finishes and installations in stations and exteriors
-Induced works
-Special installations
-Electromechanical system
-Certification
-Commissioning of the electromechanical system

Cablebús Line 4 contemplates eight stations and an approximate length of 11.4 km.
