The comprehensive project consists of developing the detailed executive project across all disciplines and specialties, including civil works and electromechanical works along the route of the Ixtapaluca Trolleybus line. It involves the execution of works that will encompass the stretch starting from the junction with the current Trolleybus Line 11 (Sta. Marta-Chalco), continuing the route along the old México-Puebla Highway, intersecting with Sta. Bárbara Avenue and Hda. Corralejo Avenue, towards the México-Puebla Federal Highway, and to the intersection with San Buenaventura Avenue where the Terminal Station and a bus stop with three bays for local public transport will be constructed.

The area where the works will be carried out will have an approximate length of 10.10 km. The route sections will be divided into 6 sectors with a proposal for 12 standard stations, including the Terminal Station in San Buenaventura, along with necessary modification works for the connection with Trolleybus Line 11 (Chalco - Santa Marta) and a bus stop with the required bays in the existing space for public transport routes.

The project includes modification works in the area of the North and South slip roads located at the “Constitución de 1917” Terminal Station of the elevated trolleybus Line 10.
