The project consists of:
i) The use, utilization, and exploit of a total land area of ​​13,860 m2, consisting of a 7,150 m2 covered warehouse and a 6,710 m2 open-air operations yard, which must be designated for the operation of a specialized port facility, for public use, for the handling of mineral bulk (facility), located in the southern area of ​​the port area of ​​the Port of Guaymas;
ii) Providing maneuvering services.
