DESCRIPTION
The project consists of:
i) The use, utilization, and operation of a total land area of 13,860 m², comprising a covered warehouse of 7,150 m² and an open-air operations yard of 6,710 m², to be allocated for the operation of a specialized, public-use port facility for handling mineral bulk cargo (the facility), located in the southern area of the port precinct of the Port of Guaymas.
ii) Providing cargo-handling services.
