DESCRIPTION

The project involves the use, utilization, and operation of a federal land area of 17,119.02 m² designated for public use at the Port of Acapulco, consisting of:
i) 12,350 m² for the modernization and expansion of a cruise terminal and dock extension;
ii) 4,769.02 m² to establish a recreational area with natural pools, adjacent to Costera Miguel Alemán.

- The assignee may receive vessels at the current public (shared) dock of the tourist cruise terminal for the berthing and unberthing of tourist vessels, as well as the boarding and disembarking of passengers, while ASIPONA constructs the new dock.
- ASIPONA will build the new dock for the tourist cruise terminal using its own resources.
