The project consists of the construction of an electrical substation with two feeders, with a capacity of 9.327 MVA, in Santa María Temaxcalapa, municipality of Tenango de Doria, State of Hidalgo, with the following characteristics:

- 2 feeders of 115 kV for the high-voltage lines that will connect this substation with the Cruz de Ataque and Ixhuatlán de Madero substations.
- 1 feeder of 115 kV for the 7.5/9.375 MVA-115/23 kV transformer bank.
- 115 kV bays for 2 feeders of 115 kV and 1 feeder of 115 kV for the transformer bank.
- 1 PCyM (Protection, Control, and Measurement) panel system.
- 1 supervisory control panel system.
- 1 communications panel system.
- 2 feeders at 23 kV.
- 0.6 MVAr capacitor bank.

- Unit price contract and evaluation by price.
- The national labor content required from bidders for the execution of the works shall be at least 90%, and for permanent installation materials and equipment shall be at least 61.04%.
- The maximum contract price that CFE considers eligible for contract award is 59,589,061.62 MXN, excluding VAT.
- CFE will pay for the works through the preparation of monthly estimates accompanied by generator numbers subject to the progress of the works, to be submitted by the contractor.
