Pursuant to the Decree granting tax benefits in the Circular Economy Development Poles for Wellbeing, and the Agreement issuing the Guidelines for implementing the Decree granting tax benefits in the Circular Economy Development Poles for Wellbeing, circular economy developers or companies in the Parque Hidalgo Pole must comply with Semarnat, among other requirements, by submitting quarterly reports of net contributions to local, municipal, or regional decontamination, as applicable, in accordance with their scope.

To retain these tax incentives, developers and circular economy companies must submit an annual report to the General Directorate of Sustainable Urban Environmental Promotion and Performance of the Undersecretariat of Sustainable Development and Circular Economy of Semarnat, containing the progress of their project and the fulfillment of the goals set by this authority. These reports must include, at a minimum, the traceability of the materials generated, which must be accredited under the terms defined by Semarnat.
