The project consists of the construction and equipping of a Regional High-Specialty Hospital in San Lorenzo Cacaotepec, Oaxaca. The hospital's features, among others, include:
- 46 consulting rooms, with 36 medical specialties; located in the specialty outpatient, inhalation therapy, dialysis unit, physical medicine, and oncology center departments.
- 250-bed hospitalization: 228 adult beds and 22 pediatric beds.
- Operating rooms: 10 surgical suites.
- 6 laboratory sections.
- Consulting rooms and suites of imaging, emergencies, tocosurgery, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, transplant unit, magnetic resonance imaging, among others.
- Administrative offices, classrooms, auditorium, supply and service facilities, parking, and a helipad.
