The project consists of the construction of a 230 kV, two-circuit, 18.16 km-L transmission line, with the installation of conductor cable, one conductor per pass, a guard cable with 48 integrated optical fibers, and a guard cable without optical fibers, in the state of Veracruz.

- The national labor content required for the execution of the works will be 100%, and for materials and equipment for permanent installation, it will be at least 73.82%.
- The construction contract will be based on unit prices and price evaluation.
- The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) will provide an advance payment in each fiscal year in which the works are performed, equivalent to 30% of the amount scheduled to be executed in each fiscal year.
- The maximum contract price at which the CFE considers the contract eligible for award is $278,695,933.89, excluding VAT.
