Construction of an Indian-type diversion dam with a 150 m long spillway curtain, with a 6.0 m high spillway, to divert a flow rate of 2.6 m3/s to the right bank for irrigation of 2,922 hectares of land in Armería, Cuyutlán, and Independencia communities, in the Municipality of Armería, Colima, benefiting 1,191 inhabitants
