The project consists of the use, exploitation, and development of a land area located in the northern part of the Port of Guaymas, which will be delivered in stages:

a) First stage. A surface area of ​​24,249.584 m2, where the T1 pier will be built, 329 meters long by 40 meters wide, with a depth of -16 meters at the pier side for berthing vessels; as well as a 44,236.105 m2 container yard for:
i) Construction, equipment, and operation of a Multi-Purpose Terminal, for public use, preferably for containerized cargo, which must consider installing two cranes with a capacity equal to or greater than "post-Panamax" type cranes from the start of operations, for general cargo and roll-on/roll-off cargo; except for agricultural bulk and mineral bulk,
ii) Provide maneuvering services,
iii) Provide handling, storage, and custody services for foreign trade goods at the Multi-Purpose Terminal.

b) Second Stage. A land area of ​​20,000.00 m2 for the expansion of the Multi-Purpose Terminal, once the area of ​​the first stage reaches 75% occupancy, as well as the land area of ​​17,954.00 m2, once the previous area reaches 75% occupancy.
