The project consists of the construction, equipment, use, utilization, exploitation and operation of a Multiple Use Terminal for public use for the handling of cabotage cargo, mineral bulk and general cargo in deep-sea traffic, not including the operation of containerized cargo, which will be developed on an area of ​​204,598.48 m2 located in the port area of ​​Puerto Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán.

Likewise, the provision of services at the terminal will consist of: i) all port maneuvering services for the transfer of goods or merchandise referred in section III, article 44 of the Ports Law and 2 of its regulations, such as loading, unloading, stashing, storage, stowage and hauling; ii) the port services for vessels indicated in section II, article 44 of the Ports Law and the mooring of ropes indicated in section I of the same article and iii) the handling, storage and custody services of foreign trade merchandise.
