The project involves the execution of the following works:
- 5 substations with an operating voltage of 230 kV, including 2 feeders: Las Delicias, Queretaro Potencia, Queretaro I, Santa Fe, and Conin.
- 1 transmission line with a voltage of 230 kV, with a total length of 83.5 km for the line and 167.2 km for the circuit: Las Delicias between Queretaro I and Queretaro Potencia.

The scope of the works includes the following components:
- Supply of equipment and materials for permanent installation
- Development of engineering related to electromechanical and civil design concepts
- Execution of electromechanical and civil works
- Pre-operational tests
- Preparation, analysis, and evaluation of required studies (geotechnical studies, topographic surveys, and resistivity tests)
- Provision of training and education programs
