DESCRIPTION

Turnkey project at a fixed price for the execution of the following works: 4 substations with voltage of 115 kV and 400 kV, with a total capacity of 500 MVA and 8 feeders, 4 transmission lines with voltage of 400 kV and 115 kV and a total length of 280.5 km-circuit.

1. Manlio Fabio Altamirano - Temascal II Transmission Line. 400 kV, 2-phase, 103.8 km line, 207.6 km circuit, includes the relocation of 230 kV service connections at the Temascal II Substation.
2. Manlio Fabio Altamirano Infonavit Junction - 73470 - Dos Bocas Transmission Line. 115 kV, 2-phase, 17.1 km line, 34.2 km circuit.
3. Manlio Fabio Altamirano Veracruz I Junction - 73370 - Dos Bocas Transmission Line. 115 kV, 2-phase, 15.37 km line, 34.66 km circuit.
4. Manlio Fabio Altamirano Substation, Paso del Toro Interchange - 73V10 - Boca del Río, 115 kV, 2C/4C, 1.7 km line, 4.5 km circuit.
5. Dos Bocas Substation (Upgrades). Construction of a new standardized control building, supply and installation of equipment for its own services, supply and installation of PC&M, supervisory control, and communications panels; supply, laying, and connection of control and power cables.
6. Manlio Fabio Altamirano Substation, Bank 3 Extension. A 375 MVA transformer bank consisting of three single-phase autotransformers with a capacity of 125 MVA each and nominal voltages of 400/115/34.5 kV, plus a spare unit with the same characteristics. Two 400 kV feeders for the transmission lines connecting this facility to the Temascal II substation (C1+C2). Four 115 kV feeders for transmission lines connecting this facility to the Dos Bocas, Paso del Toro, Veracruz I, and Infonavit substations.
7. Temascal II Substation. Two 400 kV feeders for the transmission lines connecting this facility to the Manlio Fabio Altamirano substation (C1+C2).
8. Framboyanes Substation. Replacement of primary equipment on one line feeder and two 115 kV bays, consisting of two power circuit breakers and ten sets of three-pole disconnect switches. Supply and installation to complete 1A 115 kV consisting of 1 power switch, 2 sets of three-pole disconnect blades, 3 lightning arresters and relocation of 3 CTs, etc.

CFE will not provide any advance payment.

National content requirements for bidders in the execution of the work:
- At least 40% of the total value of the project.
- At least 90% in labor.
