The project consists of a partial rights transfer contract for:
i) The use, exploitation, and operation of a maritime area of 12,000 m2, for the construction, equipment, and operation of a public marina for the provision of port and tourism services in specialized maneuvering, which includes a commercial area.
ii) The construction and operation of a commercial area with restaurants, bathrooms, convenience store and sale of nautical items, fuel station, among others.
iii) The provision of port and tourism services for the attention of recreational, tourist, and sporting vessels, such as embarkation and disembarkation, mooring of ropes, afloat repairs, provisioning, supply of potable water, fuel, communication (internet, telephone, voice and data), garbage collection, diving, maritime inspection, the services and facilities described in Article 52 of the Regulations of the Port Law, as well as other tourism services and other activities inherent to the marina and its commercial area that the assignee will provide to users, under the terms established in the bases.
iv) Other obligations specified in the bases.

The partial assignment of rights will have a term of 17 (seventeen) years and the possibility of being extended for up to 17 (seventeen) years, provided that it is appropriate in accordance with articles 51, fraction IV, of the Ports Law and 33, fraction II, of its Regulations.
