Conavi / Bienestar (Wellbeing Program). Housing improvement support of 40,000 MXN per family. Infonavit. Credit condition improvement from Nov. 2024 to June 2025: 13,612 beneficiaries; 4,692 housing improvement and acquisition loans granted.
FOVISSSTE. Progress in granted credits: 649 new loans, 208 mortgage guarantee cancellations, and recovery of 387 pending notarized titles.

• In the presence of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, Secretary Jesús Esteva Medina stated that the plan includes the development of public transport, mobility, and safe pathways; road repaving and pothole repair; delivery of roadwork machinery to municipalities; and the expansion and construction of 20 bridges.
