Investment objective
The purpose is to invest in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets located in Mexico.

    • - Los Ramones Phase II North and South gas pipelines (744 km gas pipeline). Tetl Sur, PMI Holdings, Tetl JV Mexico Sur, Tetl JV Mexico Norte. TAG Pipelines (Ramones Norte)
      - Lázaro Cárdenas Port Logistics (CPS for receipt, handling, storage and transport of solid fuels). Greenfield F2 "PETACALCO"
Accumulated divestments

- The credit granted to Cointer Conciessiones expired on 2016 and the guarantee consisting of ATAP stock was made valid.

REMARKS

On Nov. 30, 2015, the partners of Infraestructura Institucional F2, S. de R.L. de C.V. (former manager) and the partners of BlackRock México Infraestructura II, S. de R.L. de C.V. (BLK) agreed to merge the companies, disappearing the first one and keeping the second one. Therefore, BLK assumed all the manager's rights and obligations.
