The project consists of the operation, maintenance and conservation of a 38.20 km aqueduct for water supply to the industrial zone of Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz as well as rehabilitation of consisting of:

- Water inlet
- Gravity conduction
- Rehabilitation of electromechanical pumping conduction of plants PB-1, PB-2 and PB-3
- Dam works
- Curtain and Rubber Dam
- Access roads and federal zone delimitation
