DESCRIPTION

The project consists of:
- The use a total area of 68,843.89 m2, consisting of two areas, one of 61,625 m2 and the other of 7,218.89 m2, located in the central zone of the port of Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, for the construction, equipment and operation of a specialized facility for the handling and storage of hydrocarbons, crude oil derived products, petrochemicals and other technically viable fluids, as well as the development of pipelines to the port docks.
- The provision of port services such as loading, unloading, stacking, storage, stowage and haulage within the terminal for the transfer of goods or merchandise.

REMARKS

The transferee will pay to the Port Authority of Coatzacoalcos a fee which will be formed of:

i) An initial fee.
ii) A fixed fee for each square meter of the assigned area.
iii) A fee for each linear meter that is used for the installation of the pipelines from the facilities to the pubic docks.
iv) A variable fee for each ton of hydrocarbons, crude oil derived products and petrochemicals to be handled in the terminal.

The contract of partial assignment of rights may be extended for up to 6 years.
