Rehabilitation, expansion, restoration and maintenance of 1,545 basic level schools in different states of the country, focusing on the physical infrastructure of basic education schools according to the following:
i) Structural Safety,
ii) Health Services,
iii) Furniture and Equipment,
iv) Drinking Water Systems,
v) Accessibility,
vi) Administrative Services Areas,
vii) Infrastructure for Connectivity,
viii) Multiple Use Areas.

Educational services will be provided by the Ministry of Public Education staff of Federal Entities Governments.

The project was announced on March 9, 2017, as part of the as part of the “Strategy to Promote the Public Private Partnership Projects of the Federal Government”.
