DESCRIPTION
The project consists in the construction, expansion and equipment of the Papantla Federal Prison, located in Papantla, Veracruz. It has an area of 28.1 hectares.

It is designed and partially built to hold 2,160 inmates, in four levels of detention areas with special security measures.

The project includes:
- Rehabilitation and conclusion of the existing buildings,
- Construction of the additional infrastructure necessary to allow the operation of the facility,
- Provision of security, telecommunications and IT equipment,
- Provision of furniture and equipment,
- Provision of tactical and specialized transportation vehicles.
