DESCRIPTION

On December 1st, 2018, Mexico had a federal government administration change. As a consequence, all those projects that are in the pre-investment stage are subject to the confirmation of the new authorities.

Construction and operation of a farm for storage of turbosine in 4 tanks with an estimated total capacity of 50 million liters. In addition, it contemplates the following spaces:
• Fuel storage: 4 tank farm with a total capacity of 50 million liters.
• Fuel recovery area: 300 m2 surface.
• Substations, electric transformers and emergency plant (in an area of 270 m2)
• Diesel storage: 83 m2. Truck parking lot: includes two parking areas of 1,320 m2 and 460 m2.
• Fuel pumps: 2,700m2 surface.
• Reception, filtration, measurement and transfer zone of PEMEX fuel: Considers two phases, each one to be developed in a 1,370 m2 area; the first phase will be developed in the actual stage of the project.

This project is part of the Mexico New International Airport (NAIM) macroproject.
