The work to be perform consists of the modernization of the Ciudad Valles - Tampico highway, Ebano - Canoas Junction - Tamos section, subsections from km 83+500 to km 103+470 IG 30+890, from km 21+090 to km 15+000, and from km 121+510 to km 123+510. This will be achieved by widening both sides of the road to a 22.00 m wide, constructing earthworks, drainage works, asphalt concrete pavement, complementary works, and vertical, horizontal, and institutional signage. The project covers a length of 28.87 km and includes 2 bridges, 3 grade-separated interchanges, and 7 at-grade interchanges, located in the state of Veracruz.

Bidders must meet a 30% national content requirement regarding the value of materials, machinery, and permanently installed equipment used in the execution of the work. Additionally, bidders must ensure that local labor accounts for at least 30% of the workforce employed for the works or services to be performed.
