Modernization of the roadway—widening the crown from 7.0 m to 12.0 m between km 253+200 and km 384+550 and improving vertical and horizontal curves—involving earthworks, drainage structures, structural works, paving (hydraulic base, asphalt base, and asphalt concrete surface course), signage and maintenance, right-of-way fencing, and clearing and grubbing along the Tangolunda – Salina Cruz section of the Salina Cruz – Zihuatanejo highway corridor in the State of Oaxaca.

Bidders must meet a 30% national content requirement regarding the value of materials, machinery, and permanently installed equipment used in the execution of the works. Additionally, bidders must ensure that local labor accounts for a minimum of 30% of the workforce employed for the works or services to be performed.
