The work to be carried out consists of:
- Modernization of the Cuautla - Tlapa - Marquelia highway corridor, specifically Highway No. 2130 Route MEX-190 Puebla - Huajuapan de León, from km 108+000 to km 126+000, a distance of 18.0 km; and the Palomas - Puebla/Guerrero state line junction from km 0+340 to km 51+300, a distance of 50.96 km. This work includes earthworks, drainage works, asphalt concrete pavement, structures, junctions, complementary works, miscellaneous works, and horizontal and vertical signage, all within the state of Puebla.
- Routine and periodic maintenance of sections of Highway No. 2130, Route MEX-190 Puebla - Huajuapan de León, specifically the section from Izúcar de Matamoros to Acatlán de Osorio, from km 70+000 to 151+000, with a length of 80.0 km; and the section from the Palomas Highway Junction to the Puebla/Guerrero state line, from km 0+340 to 51+300, in the state of Puebla.

Bidders must meet a minimum national content requirement of 30% for materials, machinery, and permanently installed equipment used in the execution of the work. Likewise, bidders must incorporate a minimum of 30% local labor into the works or services to be performed.
