The project consists of the execution of works related to the modernization of the Guaymas – Esperanza - Yécora - Chihuahua highway; section: Hornos – Tesopaco - San Nicolás from km 36+500 to km 80+000, from km 85+000 to km 94+440, and from km 110+950 to km 145+540, with a target of 87.50 km, including the construction of 19 bridges, in the state of Sonora.

The national content percentage of the project value that bidders must comply with regarding materials, machinery, and permanent installation equipment to be used in the execution of the works shall be 30%. Furthermore, the minimum percentage of local labor that bidders must incorporate into the works or services to be performed shall be 30%.
